ANDREW J. FALATOK

Andy is co-founder and CEO of Yellow Tag Auctions. He is also the founder and CEO of Tex-Mach, Inc. a full service textile and industrial equipment dealer started in 1988. Andy began buying and selling textile and industrial equipment in the early 80’s after obtaining an engineering degree from Clemson University. He was a pioneer in bringing increased professionalism to the pre-owned industrial and textile equipment business working with mill and factory owners around the world to maximize returns on idle assets. He is a member of the National Council of Textile Organizations and Southern Textile Association. He also serves in numerous charitable capacities including: a Trustee at the Spartanburg County Foundation, a board member for the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Foundation – Cancer Board, and St. Luke’s Free Medical Clinic.

MICHAEL F. FRATE

Michael is co-founder and Vice President of Operations for Yellow Tag Auctions. He has been actively involved in the industrial and commercial auction and liquidation business since graduating from UCLA in 1985. He has overseen the execution of over 200 live auctions including the six day auction of Todd Shipyard in San Pedro, CA. In 2000 he became a pioneer of the online auction business in the industrial and commercial arena. He worked for .com startup TradeOut.com as Director of Industrial Auctions for their Western Region and then moved to Asset Auctions where as Vice President he oversaw the development of multiple new market segments including Government Auctions, Textile Mill Auctions and Internal Redeployment Systems.

CHRISTOPHER J. FALATOK

Chris graduated from Clemson University with a Degree in Business Management and received his MBA from The Citadel. He has spent the last 6 years as a consultant with Northwestern Mutual, helping both individuals and business with financial planning. He has been involved with Andy and Bob at Tex-Mach in multiple areas over the past 10 years. He joined Yellow Tag Auctions at its inception.

ROBERT D. GRIGOROPOULOS

Robert studied Economics & Mathematics at the University of South Carolina. He has ten years of experience in sales and data analysis. Before joining Yellow Tag Auctions he developed an Inventory Forecasting System for the Food & Beverage Industry. Robert joined Yellow Tag Auctions in 2012.

CHRISTOPHER L. HILL

Lane is a lifelong resident of Spartanburg. He graduated from Newberry College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He has fifteen years experience working in all areas of financial accounting. Lane joined Yellow Tag Auctions in 2013 as the Controller.

DANIEL R. FOWLER

Daniel is the Program Manager for Unclaimed Property at Yellow Tag Auctions. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Winthrop University. He has ten years of experience in project management and operations. He has managed every auction sale of Safe Deposit Box Contents since Yellow Tag Auctions entered this market segment in 2014. He has overseen the collection of material from over 7,000 boxes which have generated over $3,000,000 in online auction sales. He has an expertise in identifying and describing numismatic items, jewelry, precious metals, and collectibles.
